Founded in 2002 by Rachel Wynn, Meldon HR has built a solid reputation for providing effective solutions for its clients across the South West; we pride ourselves in that our growth has been predominantly through referral. We have experience in a number of industries varying from the NHS and charity sector to education, and from building contractors to manufacturing and renewables.

We offer a range of services designed to suit small companies that have no in-house HR function. We also support larger organisations where their in-house teams require external back-up, e.g. sickness, holiday cover, specific projects or peak workload. We pride ourselves on providing a common sense HR consultancy service, underpinned by the latest employment law knowledge and best practice advice.

We have a wealth of experience across a range of sectors and with businesses of a variety of sizes and constitutions from social enterprise and charity to public and private. All our consultants are fully qualified and members of the CIPD with experience leading business and strategy at executive level through to working with and supporting the individuals and teams improving efficiency in the day job.
